BenAdmin Reprocessing Guide

Reprocessing is required when job related changes, address changes, passive events or manual events (FSC, EOI, etc) are entered retroactively to other events that have already been processed through Benefits Administration (BenAdmin).

This training guide will assist you with the following:

- understand why reprocessing of events is necessary.

- Understand how to complete basic reprocessing.

- Reprocess events based on the various statuses.
