The PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst’s primary areas of responsibility include technical support of PeopleSoft HRMS software package. Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications in support of the achievement of business systems requirements. Translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and designs. Create and maintain code and process flow documentation. Administer systems with updates and for high availability.

- Define, develop, test (unit, integration, and regression), analyze, administer and maintain labor in support of the achievement of business requirement.
- Troubleshot and perform root cause analysis of complex end user and server problems.
- Use PeopleSoft and third party development tools and languages as necessary to efficiently support and troubleshoot systems.
- Provide development and coding during application of vendor-supplied tax updates, fixes, and bundles.
- Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of steps program must follow and to describe logical operations involved.
- Conduct research on emerging application development software production languages and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
- Liaise with subject matter experts, vendors, network administrators and system analysts for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any
adaptation and maintenance issues.
- Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.
- Design, code and test using Application Designer, Application Engine, Process Scheduler, PeopleCode, HTML, SQR, and PS Query.


Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience.

- Experience: 3-5 years experience PeopleSoft HRMS development, application programming, business analysis and system support. Candidate should have experience with PeopleSoft
Application and PeopleTools upgrade methodology.

- Tools and Technologies: Technical knowledge and Subject Matter Expert in PeopleSoft system architecture. Possess thorough understanding of entire development process including
specification, documentation, and quality assurance. Candidate should have proficient knowledge in PeopleSoft web and application servers as well as the tools to support those
environments. Excellent understanding of the PeopleSoft HRMS table structure, design standards and protocols, and delivered objects. Candidate should have extensive knowledge of
PeopleTools, Application Designer, Peoplecode, Application Engine, SQR, Crystal, Oracle SQL query, Process Scheduler and nVision.

- PeopleSoft HRMS Modules Preferred: Payroll, HR, Base Benefits, eRecruit, Ben Admin.
